Accessibility

At AODA Online, we strive to be an accessible company. Since 2013, we have participated in the Province of Ontario’s goal of creating an accessible province. Our core business is helping companies build and maintain accessible websites. Proudly, to date, we’ve serviced over 1,000 corporations.

Our Website

We strive to have our website adhere to at least WCAG 2.0 Level A, where practicable. This will allow people with assistive technologies (e.g., screen readers) to access content on our website without barrier.

Service Animals or Support Persons

At AODA Online’s office, we welcome people with disabilities who are accompanied by a service animal. Key staff members who interact with the public are trained on how to interact with people with disabilities who are accompanied by a service animal.

Customer Service

If someone with a physical disability visits our office, key staff members are trained on how to cater to the specific needs of that person.

Feedback?

We welcome your feedback. If you have a suggestion for how we can improve our company to be more accessible, please contact AODA Online’s President:
